About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the creation and management of social media campaigns that resonate with Amazon's mission and customer base.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce enriching and informative content that highlights our products and services.
- Engage with our online communities, respond to inquiries, and foster a sense of community among our followers.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement new strategies and tools to enhance our social media presence.
- Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Organize and oversee social media promotions and contests that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to junior team members regarding best practices in social media marketing.
